Vietnam Open Educational Resources Program
Launched in 2014, VOER is a free, open, and high-quality educational resource created by Vietnamese people for Vietnamese people. The program has accumulated 22,280 documents and 525 collections contributed by 13,484 authors. VOER allows millions of students to access high-quality learning materials by providing a variety of categories and the ability to download documents in pdf format. Furthermore, VOER has been promoting Vietnamese history, literature, and culture worldwide through its global user base.
Support Programs for the Visually Impaired
The Vietnam Foundation (VNF) believes education is the key to unlocking opportunities for everyone, regardless of background or circumstances. Since its inception, VNF’s founder and president, Mr. Kien Pham, has aimed to support the visually impaired and those who have difficulty accessing educational services. With the support of benefactors, VNF has implemented numerous scholarship programs, provided educational equipment, and conducted various practical activities to help many visually impaired individuals overcome challenging circumstances and strive for a better life.
Khan Academy Vietnam Program
KAV is the outcome of strategic cooperation between VNF and Khan Academy. Its objective is to support millions of Vietnamese learners to study actively and effectively on the Khan Academy platform. KAV offers two models: KAV Open School and KAV Open Classroom. Working with schools, teachers, students, and parents nationwide, VNF aims to take full advantage of free reputable learning materials available on Khan Academy, contributing to the digital transformation of education and building a learning society.
