In recent years, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into learning has reshaped the global education landscape, particularly in e-learning. Many countries have adopted AI to analyze individual learners’ data, design personalized learning pathways, automate administrative tasks for teachers, create more interactive instructional materials, and enhance exam monitoring etc.
According to Global Market Insights Inc., the AI-in-education market is projected to surpass USD 20 billion by 2027. More than half of schools and universities worldwide have already deployed AI to streamline administrative processes and improve learning outcomes. North America and several Asian countries, such as Singapore, South Korea, and India, are at the forefront of this transition. At the same time, Finland has integrated AI into online platforms to provide students with real-time support and feedback.
Vietnam’s Growing Demand: AI Became an Essential Requirement in Education
In Vietnam, nearly 60% of edtech products now incorporate AI (according to the Vietnam EdTech White Paper 2024). More importantly, Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW issued by the Politburo outlines a comprehensive, long-term vision for transforming Vietnam’s education system, emphasizing the application of artificial intelligence in teaching and educational management. The roadmap for AI adoption in Vietnamese education through 2030 requires coordinated participation from multiple ministries and government agencies, as well as support from domestic and international educational organizations.
Against this backdrop, AI is no longer an optional innovation but an essential component of modern schooling. It enables institutions to reimagine their teaching practices, personalize student learning experiences, and optimize teachers’ workload.
