VNF has researched and applied the Open School model using the Khan Academy platform to support Decision 1373 of the Prime Minister on building a learning society in the period of 2021-2030; Decision 131 on strengthening the application of information technology and digital transformation in education and training for the period of 2022-2025 with a vision towards 2030,  and Circular 09/2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the management and organization of online teaching. The concept helps educational institutions to implement digital transformation in teaching and learning management.

On Khan Academy’s representative side, based on experiences in other countries, Mr. Sandeep Bapna – Vice President of International Cooperation of Khan Academy emphasized the role of Education Managers in spreading Khan Academy as a supplemental program with public school students.
