The mission of the program is to make the Open Educational Resources/Open Coursewares (OER/OCW) features-rich, usable, re-usable, accessible, and free of charge, first for academic community, and later on for general public. The website (www.voer.edu.vn) is a place where everyone can view and share educational materials grouped into of small knowledge chunks called modules that can be organized as different courses, books, reports, etc.
