University of Technology and Management study tour to the U.S.

From January 31 to February 11, 2009, the VNF led a study tour to the U.S. for a delegation from the University of Technology and Management (UTM), a newly established private university in Vietnam.

Additionally, VNF met with several potential donors, who are board members at American universities.
