After an extensive set-up period, the website Sachnoionline.com (Online Audio Books) for the blind was launched on August 8, 2009. VNF has been engaged in this project from the very beginning. To date, Sachnoionline.com, which hosts more than 200 audio books, has been a success, gaining vast support from many organizations and individuals.

Attending the opening ceremony, Kien Pham, President of the Vietnam Foundation shared his thoughts on the importance of audio books not only for the blind but also for sighted people, especially Vietnamese people living abroad who wish to listen to the Vietnamese language to understand and preserve Vietnamese culture in their families.
