Laptops award ceremony for blind students in Ho Chi Minh city

On May 2nd, 2011, at the talking books library for the Blind in Ho Chi Minh City, the President of the Vietnam Foundation, Kien Pham and his American friends presented 10 laptops for 10 students with visual impairments who achieved a high academic performance during the school year.Raw 2017 live streaming film online

In addition to the giving of annual scholarships for students with visual impairment in the past eleven years, since 2008 Mr. Pham also rewarded blind students with laptops with specific programs installed for people with visual impairments who had a school performance with an average score of 7 ($650 value per a laptop)
